Steplore Premium Early Access Promotion Terms

These Premium Early Access Promotion Terms ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in the Steplore 50% Premium Discount campaign.
By registering for Steplore, completing the survey, and redeeming the promotional offer, you agree to these Promotion Terms in addition to Steplore’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
In case of conflict, these Promotion Terms shall prevail for this specific campaign.
1. Promotion Overview
Eligible users will receive:
- 50% discount on the official base price of the Steplore Premium plan
- Valid for the first three (3) months of an active Premium subscription
After the initial three-month promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard full Premium price in effect at that time, unless cancelled before renewal.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the promotion, users must:
- Register for a Steplore account
- Complete the official Steplore survey in full
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid payment method
The promotion is:
- Limited to one (1) per user account
- Non-transferable
- Not combinable with other discounts or promotions
Steplore reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny promotional access in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
3. Subscription & Billing
The Premium subscription:
- Begins when the user activates Premium access
- Is billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Automatically renews at the full, non-discounted Premium price after the 3-month promotional period
Users may cancel their subscription at any time before renewal through their account settings.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Promotion Validity
This promotion is valid until:

- Until Steplore terminates the campaign
Steplore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at its discretion, provided such changes do not affect already activated subscriptions during their active promotional period.
5. Data & Survey Participation
By completing the survey, users acknowledge that:
- Survey responses may be linked to their registered account email
- Responses will be used for product research, service improvement, and communication regarding Steplore Premium
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Steplore Privacy Policy
Users may exercise their data protection rights under applicable EU data protection laws at any time.
6. General
This promotion is governed by the laws applicable to Steplore’s registered entity.
If any provision of these Promotion Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
